Since the late 1980s, he has written about food and restaurants for publications such as Australian Gourmet Traveller, Vogue Entertaining, BRW, SMH Good Living and the Sunday Telegraph. He was the restaurant reviewer for the Sun-Herald for several years, and contributed to the Good Food Guide throughout the 1990s. He has been the food writer for GQ magazine for the past five years. Kim started the Boys Can Cook cooking school ( boyscancook.com.au ) in 2004 and also runs aussiebarbie.com.au. He is passionate about teaching blokes how to be useful in the kitchen and inspirational at the barbecue. |
